Choosing Julie as my dressmaker was probably one of the best decisions I made as a bride. Being comforable in your gown is so important and Julie had so many ideas on how to make my dress perfect! She is truly a professional in her craft and is very knowledgeable on how to acheive your perfect wedding day dress. I appreciated her honesty and suggestions when I came up with a crazy idea.

Brides-- listen to her because she has such a long history in this industry and knows what is best for you and the dress! I asked to pull in my dress a few inches from the waist and she recommended that we not do that because 1) it wouldn't make that big of a visual difference and 2) I wold want to be able to eat and breathe on my wedding day and the dress looked great even though it wasn't taken in.

Julie tailored my wedding derss and rehearsal dinner dress and she was excellent. Another vendor accidentally made my rehearsal dinner dress too small. Julie helped by giving me directions to give to them on remaking the dress, and then she did the last minute alterations on it. My wedding dress had a boned corset that she altered and it was a great fit. Julie is extremely precise, details and will make sure your dress fits PERFECTLY.

Julie was great to work with! Having two dresses for my big day, I was a large pill to swallow for sure! But Julie did her thing and sent me on my way down the aisle in no time! Julie easily picked up on my vision for my gowns and executed that. She created entire new insides for one of my gowns, (to accommodate the full bust). She has a natural knack for reading the female form and each alteration she made served a purpose for just that. She knows undergarments like the back of her hand, and overall was a joy to work with.

I got my dress from the Phillippines, and because there's no fitting then, it came bigger than my size. The dress is very beautiful tho, but I have to get it altered. I only have 4 weeks to do so. Julie said it's not a problem. She accommodated me and met me afer my work hours because that's the best time I can come. It only took two fittings/checkup to get it done. The third time I met her, the dress was ready and I love how it fits me.

Julie was amazing! With all the wedding planning and crazieness going on, I ended up going down a size and a half and I realized this just a week before my wedding----eeeeek! Julie was able to take my dess in and do a few extra alterations i really wanted!! Normally I'm a bit shy/nervous when people give me compliments, but on my wedding day, that was not the case. I found the most beautiful Oscar de la Renta dress on Outnet, but they onlyhad one size: 6. I an 8 here by US standards and I knew that my 8 would be Oscar's 12. EEk. Good thing Outnet had a generous return policy. I bought the dress and made an appointment with Julie. Given the extra silk crepe the dress had in back, Julie confirmed that she would be able to alter the dress to increase the size while keeping the integrity of the delicate design. The biggest amount of work would be to completely redo the corset inside. The dress was made for A cup boobs and I'm a D! Julie did an absolutely, hands-down exquisite job at altering my wedding dress. It was perfect. As a cherry on top, she also made my veil. Thank you, Julie. You are amazing!

Julie is amazing! She was so helpful, listened to my concerns, and gave me lots of input on how to alter my wedding dress.

Julie is an expert in what she does and you can tell she absolutely loves what she does bescause it shows through her work. My dress turned out to look amazing and fit me unbelievably well. She sewed in nude linings and adjusted the top of my drses. She made it look seamless and perfect! She even fixed a tear that I had in my dress after the wedding (which I thought was not fixable) Julie really works magic and I'm so happy I met her. She will make you look and feel fantastic in your dress.

Julie did an amazing job altering my wedding dress. This was no easy task- she had to take the entire dress apart and then redesign it in a way that allwed the dress to be fitted and still backless. She was very innovative in finding a way to alter this so that I did not have to fundametally alter the entire back of the dress. Her responsiveness, patience and attention to detail was amazing. She did an incredible job- and my day wouldn't have been perfect without her. I 100% recommend her- she is the very best, asks the right questions adn truly does wht she can to get to know her brides. Thank you Julie for everything and for your hard work with this.
